Dr. Rosenbaum delights in helping clients reduce their anxiety and self doubt while, conversely, growing personally with stronger skills in the areas of clear communication, self advocating, secure boundary setting, and courage building for pursuit of their goals.
Some treatment methods utilized by Dr. Rosenbaum include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
With a Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision, a Master’s in Counseling and Guidance, a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, and a deeply rooted Christian faith, Dr. Rosenbaum passionately pursues individuals’ holistic health. She has a variety of counseling experience, including work with professional adults as well as students of all ages through academic skill building and stress management. Additionally, while conducting therapy for youths on juvenile probation, she formatted a truancy policy plan for surrounding school districts, which significantly lowered the truancy rate in her county by 85%, all while establishing her own counseling practice and serving as Adjunct Professor at the University of Kingsville.

With a Master's of Science in Professional Counseling, Chelsea has begun her counseling journey by providing counseling for individuals of all ages. She helps provide a safe space for individuals to work toward improving their mental health for those experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and adjustment to various life changes.
Some treatment methods utilized by Chelsea include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She is also working toward further certification of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Play Therapy.

Dr. Uzondu has experience providing virtual counseling. She completed the TeleMental Health Training Certificate (THTC) with the Telehealth Certification Institute. Her expertise is in trauma (especially sexual abuse); addiction and substance use counseling; college counseling; health and wellness; and working with adolescents, young adults, and marginalized populations. These issues and populations are near and dear to her, and she is passionate about them. Recently she received her CCTP- Certification Clinical Trauma Professional.
Some treatment methods utilized by Dr. Uzondu include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Her role as a counselor is to create an environment of trust and understanding for her clients. She strives to provide support and guidance that is fair, consistent, and respectful in all aspects of the counseling process. She believes in using the therapeutic relationship to promote change, challenge any irrational thoughts and beliefs, and encourage culturally sensitive interactions.
Dr. Uzondu is an assistant professor and clinical supervisor at Hardin-Simmons University, Abilene, TX. She enjoys cooking, baking, swimming, hiking, dancing, bike riding, playing soccer, going on walks, and watching sunrise and sunset.

Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate Nora Igwegbe Garcia is an alumni from Texas A&M University-Kingsville where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She then graduated with her Master's in Counseling and Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi in 2008. Ms. Garcia has been in the education field since 2007 and has taught Prek-4th grade and has been helping elementary students, young teens, and adults with their social emotional skills through counseling. Her goals as a Licensed professional counselor associate for BeneVie Counseling year 2024-2025 is to see clients reach their fullest potential and provide individual counseling and she is well known for connecting with clients from various backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. Ms. Garcia has a strong background in providing evidence-based counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
